Billing Questions

What happens when my ESA trial expires?

Your credit card will be automatically charged once your trial ends. And your billing cycle will begin. You will not lose access to the valuable data in your account and be able to continue working without interruptions.
If billing information has not been provided during the trial period: All access to your ESA account will be restricted once the trial ends. Access will remain restricted until a user with billing access logs in and provides the necessary billing information to begin a paying ESA subscription. The trial account and existing data will be deleted shortly after the trial is expired.

What are the accepted payment methods for Easy Sales Automation?

You can pay for ESA subscription using a valid credit card or debit card. Just login, go to settings, then company billing, add a credit card.

How do I change my payment method for ESA subscription?

Your payment method can be updated by going to Settings > Company Billing > Payment Methods > Click on + Add Card

Email & Phone Charges

Can I buy a new phone number through ESA for my business?

Yes! In fact it is recommended that you purchase and use different numbers. You can purchase numbers for each of your ad campaigns if you want. Just head over to Settings > Phone Numbers > Click on + Add Number > Search an area code > Choose a Phone Number > Save

How much does a phone number cost?

Phone numbers can cost somewhere from $1.50 - $10 per month, per phone number, depending on the area code you are searching for.

Who pays for the phone numbers I buy through ESA?

Your account has a Wallet for phone charges and emails. When you become a paying member, your credit card will be charged an extra $25 for your wallet. You can see your credit or balance of your wallet by going to Settings > Company Billing > Credits

What are the charges for SMS, MMS & Emails?

$10 will give you about: 155 calls (making calls), 235 calls (receiving calls), 265 segments (text messages).

Questions About Your Account

What is the my ESA login?

Your ESA login URL is: https://app.esacrm.com/ . You will need to use your email address and password to access your account. If you don't remember your password, you can always reset it by clicking on Forgot Password. Please note, ESA login requires 2FA so it is highly recommended to add your phone number so you can receive your authorization code via text messages. (Mobile carrier charges may apply).

What if I forget my password?

If you forget your password, you can always click on 'Forgot Password' on the login screen: https://app.esacrm.com/

How do I reach support if I need help?

We are always a support ticket away! Please click here to submit your support ticket. To get to support when logged in to ESA, look for > Start Here option in the left menu and click on Contact Support Button on the screen. It will take you to a page with support instructions and a video tutorial on how to screen record and submit a support ticket.

What if I want to cancel my ESA subscription

Please click here to get to your account page. You can get to this page from within your account by clicking on < Start Here option in the left menu, then click on Your Account Info button. Follow the instructions on the page.
